FAQ

Can I annotate a multi-page PDF?
Yes. Use the page navigator to switch between pages and annotate each one independently. All annotations across all pages are saved when you download.
Are annotations permanently saved in the PDF?
Yes — all annotations (text, drawings, shapes, highlights) are permanently embedded in the downloaded file. They will be visible to anyone who opens the PDF.
Can I undo or delete annotations?
Yes. Use Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo your last action. You can also click any annotation to select it and press Delete to remove it.
Does it work for reviewing and grading documents?
Absolutely. PDFlys is great for teachers grading papers, managers reviewing reports, or anyone who needs to add feedback directly on a PDF document.
Can I annotate password-protected PDFs?
PDFlys can open PDFs that have a view password (you'll need to enter it). However, PDFs with editing restrictions may have limited annotation support.
