Add Approved Stamp to PDF

Apply a professional "APPROVED" stamp to your PDF to indicate official approval or sign-off. Unlike diagonal watermarks, this preset positions the text horizontally at the center of each page at 25% opacity with 56pt text in a green-blue tone — resembling a traditional rubber stamp. This is the digital equivalent of a physical approval stamp used in business workflows. Ideal for approved purchase orders, signed-off design proofs, accepted proposals, reviewed and approved compliance documents, and any PDF that has passed through an approval process. The centered horizontal position gives it an authoritative, stamp-like appearance that is instantly recognizable. Recipients can see at a glance that the document has been reviewed and approved.

FAQ

Why is the approved stamp horizontal instead of diagonal?
The horizontal center position mimics a traditional rubber approval stamp, giving it an official, authoritative appearance. Diagonal watermarks are typically used for warnings (DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL), while horizontal center stamps are conventional for approval marks. You can switch to diagonal in the settings if you prefer.
Can I add the stamp to only the first page?
Yes. Switch from "All Pages" to "Custom Range" and enter just page 1. Many approval workflows only stamp the first page of a document. You can also specify any combination of pages that need the approval mark.
Can I combine the approved stamp with a signature?
Yes. First add your approval stamp using this watermark tool, then use the Sign PDF tool to add your personal signature. The two marks will coexist on the document, providing both the organizational approval stamp and your personal sign-off.
